Before 2020, relatively few people outside the scientific community had heard of messenger RNA. Within a remarkably short period, however, mRNA became part of everyday conversations as researchers demonstrated how quickly this technology could be adapted to respond to emerging health challenges.

What makes mRNA particularly interesting is that it represents a platform rather than a single product. Instead of manufacturing entirely different medicines from the ground up, researchers can potentially build new therapies using a similar scientific framework while changing the genetic instructions delivered to cells.

Retinoids

Retinoids are compounds derived from vitamin A and are widely used in dermatology and medicine. They help regulate cell growth and promote skin renewal, making them effective for treating acne, reducing wrinkles, and improving skin texture.

Retinoids are also used in certain medical conditions involving abnormal cell growth. While highly effective, they must be used carefully to avoid irritation or sensitivity.
